Mercedes iPod kit - This is the genuine Mercedes iPod kit for the current SLK class vehicles with COMAND APS navigation system. - This iPod kit takes about 1-2 hours to install, and allows you to use your iPod with the steering wheels on your car. Track, playlist and other information is displayed on the instrument cluster display. The iPod tucks nicely away in the glovebox can can be held in place with the optional iPod cradle (dependant on iPod type).

It is slightly more difficult to install than the A/B/C/CLK/ML/GL/R class kit as wires have to be run to the back of the car. This is not suitable for the Audio-50 (black and white navigation system) or the Audio-20 CD systems installed in the SLK class.
