Bluetooth Cradles for Mercedes Benz. This section contains mainly Bluetooth cradles / adapters for Mercedes cars.
If your car has a fixed cradle system which takes the Nokia 6150/6210/6310/6310i phones then we have the ViseeO MBU-1000 adapter as a plug and play bluetooth solution.
If your car has the UHI exchangeable cradle system, we have the excellent MB-2 and we also sell the genuine Mercedes HFP and SAP cradles, for more details of how to choose which cradle you need, you can read Guide to Mercedes Bluetooth cradles on the www.mercupgrades.com site.
The MBU-2 works with all Mercedes with the UHI cradle connector (in the centre armrest) - The HFP & MHI cradle works with most Mercedes vehicles from 2005 (including facelift W203 C and CLK and the S/CL/SL with Navigation disk in the boot) and the current E/CLS/SLK, and most bluetooth compatable phones, although phone book download depends on the phone. If you are in the USA/Canada the MHI is the appropriate Mercedes cradle, everywhere else the HFP is the appropriate one.
The SAP cradle works will all Mercedes with the exchangeable cradle system, and uses the car's external aerial. If your phone is supported (which means really it has to be a newer Nokia phone, plus a couple of Siemens phones), this is the best cradle Mercedes make. Please note this cradle is a phone in itself, and works on GSM900 and GSM1800 networks, therefore it will not work on the 3G networks (such as UK's '3' network) or USA networks.
If your car has the exchangeable cradle system, but can not use the HFP cradle because of its age, then we recommend the ViseeO MB-2. Please do contact us if you want to make sure what cradle your car needs.
