This is a genuine Mercedes GPS retrofit antenna for Audio-50-APS & DVD based / Hard Disk based COMAND systems (NTG1, NTG2, NTG3, and NTG2.5).

We have found that using a genuine Mercedes antenna rather than a cheap aftermarket GPS antenna makes a significant difference to the quality of navigation.

This antenna type is not suitable for cars with Comand 2 (CD based) - they need the antenna we sell with WICLIC connector.

It is also not suitable for the W203 CLC because there is not enough space behind COMAND for the straight fakra connector - you will have to use the more expensive version with the right angle blue fakra for those vehicles. (It is OK in the C class saloon and estate).

It is not suitable for W204 C class, W204 GLK, W207 and W212 (NTG4) systems because the connector can not be inserted into the double-blue-fakra needed for NTG4 systems, again you must use the other version with the right angle connector that we stock.
